We follow ethical practices for sourcing wild honey. Our goal is to support the tribal community, who are native to the location. We get help from the highly talented hunters – who have been traditional hunters for generations in sourcing wild honey from the deep permitted forest areas. Get the best wild honey without the commercial apiculture honey. Wild honey differs in colour, texture and taste becasue of the flora, season and location from where nectar is taken by honeybees.
Honey Comb are carefully cut without disturbing the natural habitat and ensure the bees return back to their hives
The honey is directly squeezed and only simple filtration is done to remove any impurities like leaves, tree bark, etc.
The honey squeezed is first collected in a vessel and placed in open for 2 to 3 days by covering the lid to remove excess moisture
The honey is then packed in glass containers to protect its nature. The good micro oraganisms that are found in the honey are also retained with the protein rich pollen in it since no heating procedure is done
We serve the best tea from North Eastern States of India and the Nilgiris to give our customers first grade experience of freshly brewed tea from tea leaves. We use honey as a sweetener instead of other processed sweeteners to preserve the taste and flavour of tea that we serve.
